What you'll do

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Senior Director to lead our Global Performance Marketing team in driving customer acquisition, retention, and revenue growth through strategic digital marketing initiatives. The ideal candidate will have a consistent track record of developing and implementing high-impact performance marketing strategies that deliver measurable results. We are looking for a leader to take overall responsibility for building and delivering a predictable and scalable customer acquisition strategy.

 

This position is a people manager role reporting to the Vice President of Growth Marketing.

 

Responsibility

  • Develop and implement comprehensive performance marketing strategies to drive customer acquisition, retention, and revenue growth

  • Lead a team of marketing professionals to plan, implement, and optimize digital marketing campaigns across various channels globally including paid search, display advertising, social media, and others

  • Set the cross-channel media strategy and spend plan

  • Connect SEO tightly to paid and ensure overall search success

  • Shape the tech and analytics roadmap to support analysis, orchestration, trafficking, and AI-powered bidding

  • Set clear performance targets and metrics for all marketing initiatives and regularly monitor and analyze campaign performance to identify areas for optimization and improvement, including helping to shape our approach to attribution, modeling, and incrementality measurement

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Product, Sales, and Finance to align marketing efforts with overall business objectives and ensure seamless execution of marketing campaigns

  • Stay informed about industry trends, standard processes, and emerging technologies in performance marketing, SEO, and paid media, and leverage this knowledge to innovate and drive continuous improvement

  • Manage marketing budgets effectively and allocate resources strategically to enhance value and achieve business goals

  • Cultivate a culture of creativity, collaboration, and accountability within the Marketing team, encouraging professional growth and development among team members

  • Build and maintain relationships with external partners, agencies, and vendors to support marketing initiatives and drive business results

  • Create a return on investment model to drive measurability of every action, asset, campaign to further scale spending efficiency

Job Designation

Hybrid: Employee divides their time between in-office and remote work. Access to an office location is required. (Frequency: Minimum 2 days per week; may vary by team but will be weekly in-office expectation)

What you bring

Basic

  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent in work experience or military service
  • 15+ years of Performance Marketing experience with a focus on digital marketing within the SaaS industry

Preferred

  • Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret complex data to make informed decisions and optimize marketing campaigns
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a team to achieve common goals
  • Demonstrated ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and effectively handle multiple projects and priorities simultaneously
  • Experience working with marketing automation platforms, CRM systems, analytics tools, SEO strategies, and paid media campaigns
  • Deep understanding of digital marketing channels and platforms, including Google Ads, Facebook Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and others
  • Proven track record of developing and implementing successful performance marketing strategies that drive customer acquisition and revenue growth

Wage Transparency

Pay for this position is based on a number of factors including geographic location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.

 

Based on applicable legislation, the below details pay ranges in the following locations:

 

California: $195,500.00 - $315,775.00 base salary

 

Illinois and Colorado: $186,200.00 - $263,000.00 base salary

 

Washington and New York (including NYC metro area): $186,200.00 - $276,125.00 base salary

 

This role is also eligible for bonus, equity and benefits.
