DescriptionThe Sr. Manager, Web & Email Marketing will be responsible for managing, maintaining, and measuring the Combined North American and CWB website and all webpages, and for managing the production of all email marketing campaigns for Combined and CWB. This role will support the development and execution of all digital marketing initiatives, reporting directly to the AVP of Digital Marketing and UX.
This position will be charged with managing and executing web development projects and email marketing campaigns, supporting content marketing campaigns and new product launches, and assisting with the development of new digital marketing platforms and communications solutions as they emerge.
This role will make significant contributions to initiatives that: increase leads, sales, revenue/APV, and customer satisfaction; improve our digital user experience; increase brand awareness; improve product awareness and customer insurance literacy; transform our customer self-service; support field recruiting; and increase the demand by employers, brokers, individuals and families, for supplemental insurance products provided by Combined Insurance and CWB.
Responsibilities:
- Manage, maintain, and measure the Combined North American website/webpages, and all CWB webpages.
- Manage, produce, and measure all Combined North America and CWB email marketing campaigns.
- Assist the AVP with planning timelines and resources necessary to execute project needs.
- Ensure functionality, accessibility compliance and legal approval of all web pages and email content. Manage dedicated IT, developer, and platform team resources as needed. Make key SEO, email performance, and UX improvements as identified. Work with Marketing colleagues, business owners to deploy new web pages, UX solutions and email campaigns, and work with IT resources to remediate broken links, functionality issues, and platform outages.
- Manage implementation and optimization of a CRM system to meet business needs by developing strategies, analyzing data, and collaborating with teams. Monitor performance, maintain documentation, and ensure data integrity.
- Contribute strategic, creative, and UX ideas and solutions, advise on breakthrough and emerging digital marketing technology and content concepts, and collaborate with Marketing colleagues, to produce best in class digital marketing for Combined and Chubb businesses and sales teams.
Required Skills and Experience
- 10 years of related experience in website management, email production, digital marketing and UX strategy development.
- Experience with CRM systems and ability to assist with implementation and change management.
- Web page authoring and CMS ownership (AEM preferred, or similar platform), SEO, Google Analytics and report design/management. Looker Studio experience preferred.
- Email production and project management, HTML/CSS, UX journey strategy/design/tracking/reporting; Salesforce Marketing Cloud/Exact Target certification required at time of employment, but similar platform experience (Mailchimp, Polite Mail, etc.) is acceptable.
- User stories and UX requirements development, CX journey strategy, UAT planning and defect reporting/resolution (JIRA preferred), and deployment project management.
- UX prototyping, demos, feedback and testing analysis of new digital media solutions. Figma software experience preferred or must be learned during onboarding.
- Financial, timeline, and resource planning for digital projects, contract/SOW development and review, invoicing, and vendor management.
- Insurance experience, or experience in a highly regulated industry, preferred.
Education:
- Bachelor's degree required in Marketing Communications, Digital Marketing, or related fields and equivalent experience.
The pay range for the role is $65,300 to $110,900. The specific offer will depend on an applicant’s skills and other factors.
