Overview of the job
We’re looking for a hyper organised and creative individual to manage our content production pipeline and lead our talented team of designers and video editors. As the driving force behind efficient workflows, high-quality content production, and the successful delivery of multiple projects, you’ll be responsible for ensuring that our team works effectively and meets our project deadlines. This role demands a strong understanding of content production, project management, and content performance analysis, as well as excellent communication and leadership skills.

Measures of success – In the first few months, you would have:
A proactive approach in building a good relationship with internal stakeholders and have a detailed understanding of the opportunity for content production across each line of business
Revamped our production delivery process (across video and graphic design), mapping out the connections with additional internal teams to create processes that work cross-functionally
Have built an understanding of functions and processes within adjacent Impact Studio teams, and begun monitoring capacity and bandwidth levels with a view to process improvements to follow.
Got up to speed with industry trends, platform relationships, updates and best practices.
Formalised a roster of go to freelancers to manage seasonal shifts in our production pipeline
Roles & Responsibilities:
Production Pipeline & Project Management: Oversee the entire production pipeline, from briefing to delivery, optimising workflows and ensuring timely execution of projects. Balance internal and external freelance resources effectively to meet project demands, while also tracking bandwidth and capacity across the team.
Studio Operations: Work closely with leads from across adjacent teams to increase efficiency and standardise delivery processes and practices (a focus on strategy, creative, media, measurement and insight functions).
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams (most often client service, commercial, and marketing) to scope projects, align on timelines, and allocate resources for optimal delivery.
Platform Innovation: Be responsible for keeping on top of content format best practice from across multiple social platforms, with a particular focus on TikTok. Stay on top of industry trends and user behaviours that can be utilised to increase performance of content produced.
Team Leadership & Development: Lead and upskill the team, across both graphic design and video production, providing opportunities for training as well as identifying skill gaps to make recommendations on the future growth of the team.
Performance Analysis: Work closely with the measurement and media teams to evaluate the performance of assets produced, feeding learnings into our own best practice knowledge bank to be shared across internal teams.
Tech Stack Ownership: Keep on top of the latest tools and resources available to increase the quality and efficiency of assets delivered, making recommendations where appropriate around for new
What you will need:
Several years experience running a production pipeline within a digital or social content business.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to liaise effectively with clients and team members.
Data-driven mindset, with the ability to analyse and act on performance metrics
Demonstrated ability to scope projects with multiple internal and external stakeholders, map out delivery roadmaps and continually optimise both.
Organised, meticulous about meeting KPIs with excellent attention to detail.
Experience with social content is a must-have, and experience within the influencer marketing industry is a nice-to-have.
