About the Role

As a Marketing & Creative Talent Partner, you’ll play a key role in identifying, engaging, and placing professionals across marketing, design, content, and creative disciplines. You’ll work closely with hiring managers and candidates to build strong relationships and ensure the perfect match.

What You’ll Do

  • Partner with stakeholders to understand their hiring needs and develop tailored talent strategies.
  • Manage the full recruitment cycle, from sourcing to onboarding.
  • Source, screen, and engage top marketing and creative professionals.
  • Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline.
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends and emerging roles in marketing and creative fields.
  • Use recruitment tools, job boards, and social media platforms (LinkedIn, job portals, etc.) to source candidates effective.
  • Provide guidance on market insights, salary benchmarks, and best hiring practice.
  • Deliver high-quality, tailored recruitment solutions to meet client expectations.

What We're Looking For

  • Proven experience in  recruitment & talent acquisition, ideally within marketing, creative, or digital industries.
  • Hands-on experience managing the end-to-end recruitment process, from sourcing to onboarding.
  • Strong knowledge of candidate sourcing techniques, including LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, and networking strategies.
  • Experience in headhunting passive candidates and building long-term talent pipeline.
  • Experience partnering with hiring managers and HR teams to define recruitment strategies and hiring needs.
  • Experience using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and CRM platforms.
