About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-oriented Account Executive to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing key client relationships, driving revenue growth, and ensuring client satisfaction.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Client Relationship Management:
    • Develop and maintain strong, long-term relationships with existing and prospective clients.
    • Proactively identify client needs and exceed their expectations.
    • Manage client projects effectively, ensuring timely delivery and successful outcomes.
    • Act as a primary point of contact for client inquiries and concerns.
  • Business Development:
    • Identify and pursue new business opportunities within existing and target markets.
    • Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify potential clients.
    • Develop and present compelling proposals and presentations to prospective clients.
    • Negotiate contracts and close deals.
  • Project Management:
    • Oversee the successful execution of client projects, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
    • Collaborate with internal teams (e.g., creative, development, project management) to ensure smooth project execution.
    • Monitor project progress and proactively address any potential roadblocks.
  • Client Success:
    • Monitor client satisfaction and proactively identify areas for improvement.
    • Gather client feedback and use it to enhance service offerings and improve internal processes.
    • Ensure client retention by providing exceptional service and exceeding expectations.


Required Skills & Experience:

  • Minimum 3 years in account management within a UK based digital agency.
  • 1-year experience working directly with Human Rights Organisation
  • 2+ years of hands-on experience customising and managing projects within the Productive software.
  • Demonstrated success in managing client relationships, particularly in high-value (six-figure budget) projects.
  • Proven experience working within the public sector environment and ability to get clearance to work on UK government projects
  • In-depth knowledge of website design, development, and Content Management Systems (CMS). Proven ability to successfully run and manage marketing campaigns.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills with the ability to translate insights into actionable solutions for clients and team members.
  • Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills in English.
  • Proven ability to effectively collaborate and contribute within a high-performing team of digital experts.
  • Strong academic background with a proven track record of success.

Position: Permanent

  • Hybrid working (2 days in our office in Old Street, London)
