About the Role
We are seeking a highly motivated and results-oriented Account Executive to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing key client relationships, driving revenue growth, and ensuring client satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Client Relationship Management:
- Develop and maintain strong, long-term relationships with existing and prospective clients.
- Proactively identify client needs and exceed their expectations.
- Manage client projects effectively, ensuring timely delivery and successful outcomes.
- Act as a primary point of contact for client inquiries and concerns.
- Business Development:
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities within existing and target markets.
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify potential clients.
- Develop and present compelling proposals and presentations to prospective clients.
- Negotiate contracts and close deals.
- Project Management:
- Oversee the successful execution of client projects, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
- Collaborate with internal teams (e.g., creative, development, project management) to ensure smooth project execution.
- Monitor project progress and proactively address any potential roadblocks.
- Client Success:
- Monitor client satisfaction and proactively identify areas for improvement.
- Gather client feedback and use it to enhance service offerings and improve internal processes.
- Ensure client retention by providing exceptional service and exceeding expectations.
Required Skills & Experience:
- Minimum 3 years in account management within a UK based digital agency.
- 1-year experience working directly with Human Rights Organisation
- 2+ years of hands-on experience customising and managing projects within the Productive software.
- Demonstrated success in managing client relationships, particularly in high-value (six-figure budget) projects.
- Proven experience working within the public sector environment and ability to get clearance to work on UK government projects
- In-depth knowledge of website design, development, and Content Management Systems (CMS). Proven ability to successfully run and manage marketing campaigns.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills with the ability to translate insights into actionable solutions for clients and team members.
- Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills in English.
- Proven ability to effectively collaborate and contribute within a high-performing team of digital experts.
- Strong academic background with a proven track record of success.
