and Marketing Manager with digital marketing and social media agency
experience, to support the Comms and Marketing team in Soho, London.

The Communications and Marketing Manager
- Minimum of 3 years’ experience in a similar role
within a high-quality and Hospitality focused Communications agency or
Restaurant Group.
- A natural self-starter,
motivated, proactive, conscientious with a keen eye for detail and sense of
responsibility.
- Sociable and passionate
about the hospitality Industry, food, and drink and excited about joining a
committed team with ambitious plans.
- Support the Comms and Marketing Director and their
team in delivering the marketing, PR, and content strategy for all Harts Group
brands and external clients
in the restaurant, bar, food, and wine space.
- Cultivate and
maintain strong relationships with key media contacts, including journalists,
editors, bloggers, and influencers in the food, hospitality, and lifestyle
sectors.
- Deliver on the
PR strategy, through developing and pitching compelling story angles, creating
press releases, and media kits to secure press coverage in print, digital, and
broadcast outlets.
- Have your own book of
media and industry contacts and a proven record of delivering PR and marketing
campaign objectives.
- Monitoring and evaluating media coverage, delivering
monthly reports for the directors.
- Able to confidently manage Stakeholders, regularly
advising and working closely with our Clients and Directors.
- Identify and track relevant
industry awards and recognition opportunities that align with the group’s
mission and achievements.
- Great time management
skills, detail oriented, always working in a timely and organised manner with
the ability to prioritise and effectively manage workload.
- Ensure we maintain strong
relationships with the team throughout the Harts Group, our external Clients,
guests, and members.
- Digital marketing and ECRM
experience is important. InDesign, Photoshop, Videography and WordPress skills
are a brilliant bonus.
- Manage a Communications
and Marketing executive, actively supporting their development and guiding them
in their role.
- Advanced Copywriting and
Social Media skills, creating compelling posts, reels and stories on Instagram,
TikTok and other Social Media platforms.
- Excellent command of
English language, both verbally and in writing in a courteous and professional
manner. Communicating in the tone of voice expressive of various brands across
diverse media.
- Track the volume and quality of press mentions, including
earned media in food, lifestyle, hospitality outlets, and ensure press releases
are optimized.
- Always
showing respect, strong team ethic and empathy for your colleagues.
- Be the face of a Group
known for its warm welcome.
