Join Charles Stanley, a leading UK Wealth Manager, in an exciting role that drives brand awareness and growth. We seek a results-driven, organised, and creative individual to support the Marketing Manager and digital marketing team in managing our website and digital marketing strategy.
Key Areas of Responsibility:
- SEO and Website Content Management: Build and manage website content, write digital copy with the content team, and ensure all content is optimised for SEO and user experience (UX).
- Content Audits and Research: Conduct content audits, research search terms, and identify SEO gaps to improve site content.
- Website Performance Monitoring: Collaborate with the digital marketing team to monitor website KPIs and enhance performance.
- UX/UI Collaboration: Work with the UX/UI Design team to develop and maintain wireframes, define user journeys, and evaluate existing applications.
- Digital Marketing Strategy Support: Assist the wider Marketing team in delivering a comprehensive digital marketing strategy aligned with overall Marketing and Communications plans.
- Paid Search Support: Aid the Performance Marketing Manager in managing paid search and external agency relationships.
- Website Optimisation: Support the Digital Marketing Manager in driving website optimisations and managing the enhancement roadmap, including developer workload and pre/post-release testing.
- Brand Consistency: Ensure brand consistency in design and tone across all communications in a multi-brand, multi-channel environment.
- Compliance and Version Control: Maintain efficient mechanisms for version control and ensure content complies with regulatory and legal standards.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Preferred: Degree-level candidate.
- Required: Experience in a similar organisation.
- Required: Experience in writing and managing digital content. Please provide up to 2 examples of your work with a short summary explaining your process, input, and impact.
- Preferred: Experience with digital marketing systems/platforms (especially CMS).

- Key Systems Understanding: Knowledge of key delivery systems, including:
- CMS (preferably Craft)
- Google Analytics
