An exciting opportunity has arisen for an Email Marketing Executive to join Dover Street Market. We are looking for a detail-oriented professional with a passion for email marketing and an understanding of the DSM community and its unique identity. The successful candidate will play a key role in delivering high-quality email campaigns that are not only effective but also align with the DSM brand's distinct voice and values, ensuring we engage and inspire our clients and audience.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Build, test, and execute engaging email campaigns across international territories using platforms such as Klaviyo, Dotdigital, or similar email service providers (ESPs).
- Ensure all email content, design, and messaging resonate with the DSM brand ethos and are tailored to our community's interests.
- Manage audience segmentation, personalisation, and automation workflows
- Handle and manipulate data to ensure precise targeting and audience insights.
- Maintain and monitor data quality and integrity, ensuring compliance with data protection regulations (e.g., GDPR).
- Collaborate with design and wider DSM digital teams to develop visually compelling layouts.
- Create performance reports, analysing key metrics to refine future campaigns.
- Stay informed about email marketing trends and tools, proposing new strategies to enhance audience engagement while upholding DSM's brand standards.
- Develop a deep understanding of the DSM community, ensuring campaigns reflect and amplify its values, culture, and aesthetic.
THE IDEAL CANDIDATE
Skills:
- A degree in Marketing, Data Analytics, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
- Proven experience with email service providers such as Klaviyo, Dotdigital, or similar platforms.
- Strong proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets, with the ability to analyse, manipulate, and interpret data.
- Solid understanding of email marketing best practices, including segmentation, personalization, and regulatory compliance.
- Exceptional attention to detail, particularly in managing and analysing data and maintaining data quality.
- Familiarity with the DSM brand and an ability to communicate identity effectively to clients and audiences.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Organised, adaptable, and capable of managing multiple tasks under tight deadlines.
