As we continue to scale and shape the future of marketing gamification, we're seeking a proactive and experienced Growth Marketing Lead to play a key role in our growth journey.


In this new position, you'll join a commercially focused, data-driven B2B marketing team, where challenges are met with enthusiasm and creativity is celebrated. ”Growth marketing” is more than a buzzword at Playable - it’s the driving force behind our marketing success. With a track record of marketing-led revenue growth, we’re looking for someone ready to accelerate that to the next level.


You'll be responsible for driving measurable revenue growth and optimising marketing performance; taking ownership of initiatives that scale our successful inbound marketing and demand engine, manage strategic growth campaigns, and contribute to broader marketing efforts.


This is a hands-on role with tangible impact, perfect for someone who thrives in an evolving and collaborative environment. You will report to the CMO and work alongside the marketing and cross-functional teams, ensuring success across the go-to-market approach.


Key responsibilities

  • Planning and executing high-impact, full-funnel campaigns to generate demand and drive pipeline growth.
  • Evolving and scaling our demand generation model, using data insights and market trends.
  • Collaborating across teams (Sales, Product, Customer Success) to align marketing efforts with our go-to-market strategy.
  • Managing and optimising performance marketing channels, testing new opportunities for growth.
  • Contributing to partner and product marketing activities, leveraging key partnerships and our product roadmap.


Your profile

  • You have at least 5+ years of marketing experience within B2B marketing, or ideally in a SaaS business.
  • You’ve had hands-on experience with demand generation, performance marketing and revenue-driven marketing activity.
  • Strategic mindset, hands-on execution: You’re adept at developing and executing strategic marketing initiatives, with the ability to translate business goals into impactful marketing campaigns.
  • You’re a creative problem-solver, always looking for new tactics, tools, and channels to drive growth and engagement.
  • You’re an excellent communicator with the ability to manage and influence multiple stakeholders, work across teams, and align marketing efforts.
  • You have knowledge or working experience with martech such as HubSpot, analytics tools, performance marketing channels, design or creative tools.
  • You’re a proactive self-starter and comfortable taking ownership of initiatives in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
  • Full professional proficiency in English (written and oral)
