Clearwater Analytics is seeking an Industry Solutions Product Marketing Lead who is focused on driving global growth for our sector-specific solutions. This strategic role will develop and execute solution positioning and go-to-market strategies targeting our three target markets, focusing on market nuances across AMER, EMEA, and APAC. 

Key Responsibilities 

  • Solution positioning and messaging: Define and execute positioning, messaging, and go-to-market strategies that align with sector dynamics for insurance, asset management, and asset owners 

  • Solution launches: Lead the planning and execution of solution campaigns. Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams and external stakeholders to ensure market readiness and successful solution introductions. 

  • Core asset creation: Ideation, development, and cross-functional dissemination of a core bill of materials for each solution, including whitepapers, fast sheets, case studies, blogs, and consultation for AR/PR. 

  • Go-to-Market enablement: Create impactful sales and marketing collateral—pitch decks, product briefs, demo scripts—that empowers sales teams to sell solutions in local markets. 

  • Regional partner collaboration: Develop strong relationships with strategic partners and clients. Guide partners in positioning and scaling Clearwater solutions within these markets and collaborate on joint marketing initiatives. 

  • Market and persona research: Conduct thorough research into regional buyer personas, identifying key needs, pain points, and industry trends that inform go-to-market strategies. 

  • Competitive analysis: Stay ahead of competitors by continuously analyzing market trends, competitor offerings, and strategies. 

  • Win/loss analysis: Conduct detailed win/loss analyses to identify successful strategies and areas for improvement, adjusting the marketing approach based on findings. 

Qualifications 

  • Proven expertise: Minimum of 8 years of product marketing experience in financial services.  

  • Regional knowledge: Strong understanding of cultural nuances and client needs across the globe. 

  • Outstanding communication: Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to adapt messaging for different regions and audiences. 

  • Strategic thinking: Strong analytical and strategic skills to shape effective go-to-market plans and drive business growth. 

  • Cross-functional leadership: Experience leading cross-functional initiatives and collaborating across sales, customer success, product, and marketing teams to ensure successful market execution. 

  • Team leadership: Experience managing a team a plus. Player-coach abilities preferred. 

Education & Experience

  • Bachelors or graduate degree in Business, Marketing or other similar field

  • 5+ years of prior relevant experience
