DescriptionWe are looking for an energetic, motivated and experienced marketing professional to support the Corporate Client Banking and Specialized Industry (CCBSI) line of business within Commercial Banking (CB).
As a Marketing Associate in Commercial Banking you will interact with key business stakeholders and collaborate with marketing partners in order to effectively deliver against the annual marketing plan and the strategic priorities of the business.
Job responsibilities
- Helps develop annual marketing strategy to secure alignment on goals, objectives, KPIs and funding
- Helps build marketing programs with specific objectives including awareness, lead generation and relationship deepening across multiple channels, leveraging internal Centers of Excellence (COE) to drive collaboration and support
- Analyzes client insights, trends, market analysis, program analytics and marketing best practices to build and optimize successful programs
- Conceptualizes and build multichannel programs across the prospect and client lifecycle, ensuring the alignment of internal and external communications and messaging in all channels
- Presents ideas and final deliverables to internal and external teams, and communicate with senior leaders about marketing programs, strategies, and budgets
- Transitions the business case into a creative brief that establishes business and marketing objectives and lays out clear deliverables.
- Partners with COE team to get programs into market.
- Identifies effectiveness and impact of current marketing programs with tracking and analysis, and optimize accordingly

- Good knowledge of different channels and platforms to deliver content effectively to targeted audience whether internal or external
- Excellent written and oral communication skills; experience in presenting to senior level executives

- Specific experience in financial services including marketing and/or agency-side experience
