The Position:
This role is ideal for a creative, proactive professional with a passion for publicity, marketing, and brand storytelling. You will spearhead PR efforts, manage social media and content strategy, coordinate events, and oversee marketing campaigns to ensure Molinare remains at the forefront of the industry.
Key Responsibilities:
Publicity & Media Relations
- Develop and distribute press releases, securing media coverage in key industry outlets.
- Identify PR opportunities aligned with our strategy and industry trends.
- Manage press lists, editorial calendars, and media relationships.
- Secure client approvals for PR and marketing activities.
- Track media coverage and report insights to the executive team.
- Coordinate thought leadership and editorial content.
Marketing & Brand Management
- Maintain and update creatives’ CVs, sales decks, and marketing materials.
- Work with designers on branding updates and collateral creation.
- Distribute marketing assets to sponsorship partners and ensure brand consistency.
- Collaborate with vendors and industry partners on co-marketing initiatives.
Social Media & Content Creation
- Develop and execute a social media strategy, focusing on LinkedIn and Instagram.
- Create high-quality content highlighting Molinare’s culture, technology, and talent.
- Explore new digital channels to engage industry professionals.
- Analyse social media performance and optimise engagement strategies.
Event Coordination
- Organise and manage internal and external events to promote Molinare’s services.
- Support international festival and networking event planning, ensuring a strong industry presence.
- Prepare and brief Molinare’s speakers for key industry events.
Website & Data-Driven Insights
- Oversee website content, ensuring optimal user experience and conversion rates.
- Monitor and analyse marketing performance metrics to refine strategies.
- Develop initiatives to grow and retain an industry-leading client base.
Knowledge and Experience:
- 2+ years in B2B marketing, ideally within media, entertainment, or creative industries.
- Strong media relations skills and ability to craft compelling brand narratives.
- Excellent content creation abilities, including social media strategy and copywriting.
- Experience managing events, partnerships, and digital marketing campaigns.
- Ability to analyse data and adapt strategies for maximum impact.
- Proactive, organised, and a natural storyteller with a passion for the industry.
