About you and the Role
The successful candidate will be responsible for executing marketing strategies, working closely with the Business Development Manager and Care and Nursing teams to identify and deliver lead generation, lead conversion, and brand awareness opportunities, develop marketing campaigns, and tracking results against targets.
They will be responsible for managing the marketing budget, creating compelling content across all marketing channels, and analysing data to optimise results. They also play a role in evolving our messaging and positioning that clearly communicates the Draycott’s value proposition to customers, differentiates the company from competitors and ensure communication across all platforms is aligned to our brand integrity.
You will need excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate well and appropriately with Clients/members of their families, the referrer community, senior stakeholders, and Staff. You will also have great business acumen and an understanding of how to drive growth and meet revenue targets.
Main Responsibilities
- Manage the production and distribution of all internal and external content and marketing assets, including, but not limited to, brochures, flyers, direct marketing, website copy and assets, branded stationary and social media content, tailored to the needs of high-net-worth individuals and families seeking premium home care service
- Day-to-day management of agency partners ensuring they deliver the agreed deliverables on time and to budget
- Conduct regular reviews with the agencies to review performance of their activities and the quality of the leads generated and to discuss optimisations for the month ahead
- Inviting suppliers (photographers; graphic designers; copywriters; print houses) to quote for particular jobs, briefing them, ensuring that they have the copy or other contents on time, ensuring that the brand identity guidelines are adhered to, regularly checking the status of each job, matching supplier invoices with estimates, and managing any problems which may arise during the production process
- Responsible for the day-to-day management of the production process for external communications’ including circulating copy to relevant internal stakeholders, obtaining amendments to copy and ensuring that those amendments are implemented. Thoroughly fact checking and proof reading all copy, ensuring alignment with regulatory guidance (CQC)
- Plan and manage all internal and external photo & video shoots, ensuring all relevant stakeholders are thoroughly briefed and prepared ahead of time. Oversee on the day, post- production and internal approval flows
- Manage the website, ensuring content is up to date and optimised with support of digital agencies
- Preparation and implementation of a strong organic social media plan tailored to consumers, families and professional partners (i.e. LinkedIn and Facebook)
- Liaise with relevant stakeholders to develop content and write copy for marketing emails. Manage design, coding and email distribution. Manage unsubscribes in line with the GDPR
- Work with the Business Development Manager to provide marketing collateral that will establish and leverage successful partnerships with GPs, consultants, rehabilitation centres, private clinics, and other relevant business. This includes customer facing and staff awareness printed and video materials, and assets for conferences and events
- Assist with the creation, planning and running of marketing and partnership events and preparing invitations as required
- Assisting the Director of Marketing and Managing Director to develop a strategic plan that outlines how marketing will support business goals. Delivering this strategy via prioritised activities on the marketing roadmap that will ensure the right number of quality leads are delivered across the marketing mix (including print, digital, direct mail and PR)
- Continuously review and optimise the CRM to ensure the information is accurate and leveraged efficiently
- Proactively suggest ways to nurture prospects/customers
- Be the brand guardian for the design and publication of marketing assets. Ensure that the brand image and reputation is maintained and in line with brand standards for all communications. Seek to evolve the brand messaging and marketing assets to keep up with the target audience preferences
- Carry out market research to understand market trends, innovations and competitive landscape
Communication
- Where necessary, communicate effectively with clients, their families and representatives, staff and other health and social care professionals
- Maintain confidentiality for clients, their families and our employees
- Help grow the business by assisting in the development of our reporting, KPI’s and BI enabling the regular provision of commercial insights

Qualifications & Experience
- At least 5 years prior experience as a Marketing Manager or equivalent
- Domiciliary care experience is desirable
- Comprehensive digital marketing experience with good knowledge of email, social media, paid search, conversion optimisation and search engine optimisation
- Knowledge of traditional media channels including press, PR and direct marketing
- Proven, track record of lead generation and ROI improvement
- Effective budget management
- Experience working with and managing external agencies
- Ability to communicate effectively with senior managers and external stakeholders
- Copywriting and design skills
- Working knowledge of Illustrator or other design package
- Using CRM systems and data analytics
- Flexibility, the ability to handle many different tasks at once and to be flexible in your approach to the way the task is done.
- Creativity and innovative thinking, able to contribute suggestions for the progression of the business and to improve our efficiency and cost-effectiveness
