Meta Care Inc., looking for a Provider Relations/Marketing Manager to join our team in our Chicago office. We are seeking a dynamic and motivated individual to join our team as a Provider Relations/Marketing Manager for our independent physician association. The primary goal of this role is to increase membership and strengthen relationships with local physicians.  This is a full-time position with an incentive-base compensation structure that rewards sucess in achieveing membership growth targets.

 
Responsibilities:
  1. Develop and execute marketing stategoes to attrac new members and retain existing ones.
  2. Responsible for increasing membership.
  3. Maintaining relationships with local physicians, understanding their needs and addressing any concerns.
  4. Conduct market research to identify potential target markets and develop effective marketing campaigns to attract new members.
  5. Collaborate with internal teams to create compelling marketing materials, including brochures, presentations, and online content.
  6. Stay updated on industry trends and competitive landscape to identify opportunities for growth.
  7. Represent the organization at conferences, trade shows, and other networking events to expand our reach and build partnerships.
  8. Work independently, taking ownership of projects and driving them to successful conpletion .
  9. Secure all on-board paperwork to enroll provider in the Independent Physican Association (IPA).
  10. Secure all items necessary for credentialing.
  11. Daily on-site visits to existing IPA members as well as potential new members.
  12. Required number of cold calls; outbound calls daily with expected outcomes. 
  13. Required to represent the IPA in a professional manner at all times.
Requirements:
  1. Proven experience in sales or marketing, preferably in the healthcare industry.
  2. Demonstrated success in achieving sales targets or increasing membership in a similar role. 
  3. Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with physicians and other stakeholders.
  4. Self-motivated and able to work independently, taking intiative to identify and pursue opportunites for growth. 
  5. Proficient in using various marketing tools and platforms, including social media and email marketing software.
  6. Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
  7. Professional demeanor, with the ability to represent the organization in a positive and professional manner.
  8. Bachelor's degree in marketing, business administration, or a related field is preferred. ​​​​​​​

Compensation/Benefits:
  • Salary: $70,000 - $80,000/ annually
  • Paid Time Off: 15 days accrued per calendar year. Absent state sick time laws, no paid or unpaid PTO will be approved prior to 90 days of employment.
  • Sick Leave Policy, all full-time employees begin accruing sick leave immediately and my use it as it is accrued. Employees can accrue a maximum of 48 hours per year. Unused hours can roll from year to year, capped at a maximum of 80 hours. Once this cap is reached, no additional hours will be accrued until the total falls below the threshold.
  • Holidays: 7 days: New Year’s Day, Memorial Day, July 4th, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day, Day after Thanksgiving and Christmas Day*
  • Benefits: Meta Care will pay 90% of “single” medical premium should you choose to opt in.
  • Dental and Vision Insurance is available. You would be responsible for paying 100% of the premium for that coverage.
