Marketing Operations Associate

 

We are seeking a talented and enthusiastic associate to help support the marketing operations team across a variety of activities. We are a growing business, and you will be working in an agile environment within the marketing operations team, working alongside teams such as marketing, CX, controls, finance and sourcing, with plenty of opportunities to build your skills and make an impact. 

You will be responsible for day-to-day support of the marketing and growth team across planning, processes, vendor management and other operational activities.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support with planning activities across the Marketing & Growth team.
  • Work closely with stakeholders across the team to develop and implement new processes and identify improvements to existing processes.
  • Support with the onboarding of new vendors and agencies and management of existing vendors including agreement renewals, relationship management and resource planning.
  • Drive and own end-to-end projects within the Marketing Operations team including capability implementation and automation delivery.

 

Key Skills and Experience
 

  • BA/BS degree, ideally in Business-related or Marketing degree
  • Analytical mindset with high attention to detail and experience in delivery of executive-ready outputs
  • Self-starting attitude with good organisational and time management skills
  • Team player who works collaboratively and has strong stakeholder management skills
  • Minimum 5 years’ experience
  • Experience in Retail Banking and/or regulated market appreciated
