Role Overview
As
the Marketing Project Manager at F1 Arcade, you will be responsible for
overseeing the planning, execution, and delivery of key marketing initiatives
that enhance our brand’s visibility, engage our target audiences, and drive
business growth. You will manage multiple marketing projects from inception
through to completion, ensuring all initiatives are delivered on time, within
scope, and in line with the brand’s objectives. The ideal candidate will have a
strong background in project management, hands-on experience using Jira, and a
passion for marketing.

Key responsibilities
- Project
Management: Lead the planning, coordination, and execution
of marketing projects, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget,
and meet the established objectives.
- Campaign
Development: Collaborate with the marketing team to create
and implement integrated marketing campaigns across digital channels,
events, partnerships, and promotions.
- Cross-functional
Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams (sales,
operations etc.) and external stakeholders (agencies) to ensure alignment
and seamless execution of marketing initiatives.
- Creative Briefs
& Execution: Work with the creative team to develop and
execute high-quality marketing assets on brief, to deadline.
- Budget &
Resource Management: Manage project resources effectively, ensuring
efficiency and optimal allocation for maximum impact.
- Performance
Tracking: Define key performance indicators (KPIs) for
marketing campaigns and track their success through reporting and data
analysis to optimise future strategies.
Candidate requirements:
- Project Management Experience: 3+ years of experience in
marketing project management, preferably within a start-up, hospitality,
entertainment or sport marketing.
- Jira Experience: Proficiency in
using Jira to track project progress, manage tasks, and collaborate with
cross-functional teams.
- Campaign &
Event Management: Strong experience managing integrated marketing
campaigns and events from planning through execution.
- Digital
Marketing Knowledge: Solid understanding of digital marketing
channels (social media, paid ads, email marketing, etc.) and how to
leverage them for brand growth.
- Organisational
Skills: Exceptional organisational skills with a keen
attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple projects
simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
- Communication
Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills,
with the ability to convey project goals clearly and collaborate
effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
- Creative Problem
Solver: A solution-oriented mindset with the ability to
tackle challenges and deliver results under pressure.
- Tools &
Software: Proficiency in Jira, along with familiarity with
other project management tools and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel,
PowerPoint, Word).
