Overview:

Pathway is looking to add a marketing systems analyst to its marketing operations team. The team is responsible for communicating Pathway and its solutions to institutional investors and consultants in the private markets, as well as providing client service support. Pathway is a leading private market fund-solutions provider, with a team of ~ 250 individuals globally and more than $90 billion in assets under management. 

This role is hybrid with 3 days in the office per week.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • System administration – Manage and maintain Salesforce, RFP software, and content management systems.
  • Utilize Salesforce to the fullest potential by designing and implementing settings, workflows, data standards, customizations, etc.
  • Manage intake and prioritization of requests and suggestions from users.
  • Provide regular and ad hoc training on Salesforce for professionals across multiple teams within Pathway.
  • Analyze CRM data and outcomes and identify opportunities for automation and increased efficiencies.
  • Liaise with Marketing RFP Specialist on management of content library within Salesforce.
  • Manage day-to-day and quarterly updates of Pathway’s website.
  • Work with marketing and other teams on new projects related to website.
  • Manage relationships with external web developers and systems account reps.
  • Support third-party data integration within marketing systems.
  • Work with marketing team to implement and manage digital marketing tools and platforms, including Google Analytics, Google Ads, and SEO strategy. 
  • Up to 20% of the role may be involved in supporting other marketing activities, as needed, including but not limited to: presentation creation, content management, RFPs/RFIs/DDQs, and ad hoc requests.

 

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, communications, or other related field.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience working with Salesforce and other marketing systems. 
  • Strong proficiency in Salesforce’s Sales, Service, and Marketing Clouds (preference for Salesforce certification; e.g., Administrator)
  • Strong project management and interpersonal skills.
  • Exceptional attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and ability to prioritize and multitask.
  • Aptitude for fostering relationships and collaborating with global teams.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite products.
