The NRLA package:

The salary for this role is £38,000 - £42,000 per annum and will be based out of our Manchester office. Please note, we are looking to hold 1st stage interviews on Thursday 20th February via Microsoft Teams.

DUTIES AND KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Digital Marketing

Working with both our digital agency and internal marketing team you will enhance brand awareness, drive usage and revenue through paid media, SEO, and social media strategies

Website

● Design and optimise user journeys, utilising marketing automation tools to improve user experience, conversion rates, and revenue

● Oversee and update website content and messaging to ensure relevance and effectiveness

Events

● Coordinate with the events team to ensure maximum visibility for sub-brands at both regional and national events

Creative and Content Production

● Create activity plans for all 3 sub brands

● Work closely with the design team / video production exec to fulfil any creative requirements

● Write and produce engaging content for various platforms, including email, social media, and more

Reporting/Analysis

● Monitor and assess the effectiveness of marketing initiatives, identifying key takeaways and sharing best practices with the team

● Collaborate with the research team to analyse usage patterns of sub-brands and identify opportunities to strengthen our value proposition

● Conduct competitive research to stay ahead of industry trends and market shifts

PERSON SPECIFICATION

Qualifications

• A marketing degree would be desirable but not essential

Skills and Abilities

•Ability to deliver high-quality work against defined objectives and deadlines

• Strong listening and communication skills with the ability to collaborate and build positive relationships internally and externally

• A great team player, capable of working closely with different people and organisations to achieve objectives

• Self-motivated with the confidence and enthusiasm to take the initiative and get things done

• Ability to prioritise workflow

Experience

• Previous product marketing experience desirable

• Demonstrable experience with core marketing competencies and practices

• Board marketing experience across email, social, paid media

• Experience of marketing automation desirable but not essential
