Role Summary
As a Product Marketing Manager at FINBOURNE Technology, you will develop effective marketing strategies, plans and deliverables to communicate the features and benefits of FINBOURNE’s innovative product suite to clients. We are looking for someone who is willing to be both strategic and get stuck in, and who can adapt to a fast evolving environment. You will sit at the centre of our Go to Market and work across functions and departments to bring the product to life in a clear, bold and compelling way.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and Drive Go-to-Market Strategies: Develop and implement tailored go-to-market strategies for our key segments—asset managers, alternative asset managers, asset owners, and asset servicers—and their corresponding personas.
- Craft Compelling Messaging and Content: Create differentiated positioning, messaging, and value propositions that resonate with our audiences. Develop impactful thought leadership content, use cases, sales assets (e.g., messaging documents, pitch decks, demo scripts and videos), customer stories, industry-specific collateral, and web content to empower FINBOURNE’s marketing, sales, and partner teams to succeed in the market.
- Sales Enablement: Ensure the global sales teams understand what marketing assets they have at their disposal, when to use them and how to deliver them.
- Foster Cross-Functional Collaboration: Build strong relationships with product, sales, demand generation, content, communications, and partner marketing teams to gather insights and ensure our messaging is consistently applied across all client and prospect-facing channels, driving awareness and engagement.
- Optimize the Marketing Funnel: Contribute to improving conversions throughout the marketing funnel—spanning awareness, education, and selection—by delivering effective, targeted strategies and content
- Establish Thought Leadership: Position FINBOURNE as a trusted authority in capital markets through participation in industry events, hosting webinars, publishing insightful blogs, and driving customer advocac initiatives.
Skills and Experience
- Industry Expertise: Proven understanding of FINBOURNE’s target market segments—asset managers, alternative asset managers, asset owners, and asset servicers. Deep familiarity with relevant personas, industry terminology, trends, and processes within capital markets.
- Exceptional communication and storytelling abilities, with a knack for translating complex concepts into clear, compelling messaging.
- Strong interpersonal skills to foster collaboration and build relationships across cross-functional teams.
- Highly organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Analytical mindset, capable of leveraging data to inform decisions and refine strategies.
- Creative thinker who can innovate and problem-solve to drive impactful marketing outcomes.
- 5+ years of experience in product marketing or a related role, ideally within the capital markets or financial technology sector.
- Prior experience developing go-to-market strategies and creating sales enablement materials
