Description

We are seeking a dynamic and adaptable Sales & Marketing Executive to join our team. This role is essential for the seamless execution of various operational functions related to sales, marketing, events, and agency services. Key Responsibilities

Salesforce Pipeline Management:

  • Add and update prospects in Salesforce.
  • Generate and distribute monthly pipeline reports to Strategic Development Managers, Account Managers, and Senior Underwriters.
  • Prepare annual reports summarising performance and projections for the forthcoming year.

Broker Service Agreements and Broker Deals:

  • Prepare and send RAGS / Payment Splits for Agency Services on a quarterly basis.
  • Update contracts in Salesforce and upload relevant RAG reports.
  • Process payments in Genius (online invoicing system) and communicate with credit control for payment processing.
  • Maintain and update the Broker Deals spreadsheet.

Event Coordination:

  • Plan, organise, and execute various events such as the Summer Broker Boat Party and Hampton Court Concours of Elegance, managing venue, food, music, drinks, and invitations.
  • Coordinate logistics for Christmas Broker Drinks and any other events initiated by PRS or Marketing, including attendee lists and ticket allocations.

Broker Training Coordination:

  • Assist in organising broker training sessions, both virtually via Webex and in-office.

Marketing Support:

  • Serve as the sales focal point for marketing initiatives, contributing to the development of broker marketing materials and communication.
  • Collaborate with marketing teams on newsletters, email communications, and distribution lists.

Agency Services Management:

  • Update agency details (addresses, Genius codes, producer names) as relayed by Agency Services.
  • Process new agency inquiries and manage agency cancellations, ensuring compliance with PRS requirements.
  • Facilitate agency acquisition and portfolio transfers by coordinating with PRS teams.

Operational Assistance:

  • Act as the sales focal point for feedback coordination from SDMs for the Operations Manager.
  • Support the Payments Team by raising invoices, setting up new vendors, and assisting with policy transfers in Genius.

Collaboration with Securus:

  • Aid in the ongoing Classic Car Campaign by working closely with the Irish SDM and related brokers.
  • Develop educational materials and promotional content for sub-brokers and events.


Qualifications

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in an administrative or operational support role, preferably within the insurance or financial services industry.
  • Strong proficiency in Salesforce and other CRM systems.
  • Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and online invoicing systems.
  • A proactive and adaptable mindset, willing to take on new responsibilities as the role evolves.
  • Strong interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders.
