Job Brief

As we build on our success and continue to scale our growth and brand marketing efforts, the Paid Marketing team is looking for a Senior Paid Marketing Executive to embark on this exciting journey with us. In this role, you will gain exposure across our channel mix, understanding how each channel functions and integrates. You will actively assist in optimising campaigns, compiling reports, collaborating with our creative teams, and much more—gaining invaluable experience within a scaled and ambitious acquisition team.

What you'll do

    • As a Senior Paid Marketing Executive, you will contribute to a range of brand-building and growth initiatives across new and established marketing channels.

    • You will:
    • Support across various paid channels such as TV, Outdoor, Audio and Partnerships, actively participating in the planning, execution, and optimisation of campaigns.
    • Monitor and report campaign results to the business, tracking both performance metrics and brand impact, generating detailed insights, and offering recommendations for continuous improvement and optimisation
    • Implement and oversee A/B tests to evaluate campaign performance, making data-driven decisions to enhance marketing effectiveness
    • Stay up to date on industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging opportunities within the marketing landscape
    • Work with cross-functional teams on broader marketing initiatives
    • Partner with creative teams to develop compelling ad creatives and marketing content that resonate with target audiences
    • Support in the sign-off process for new ads, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements

Experience and skills

    • Minimum 2 years’ experience within a paid marketing/growth role, with experience across 2-3 channels that are relevant to this role
    • Experience in independently running and optimising campaigns directly in marketing platforms
    • Experience working with media and/or creative agencies - including briefing and giving feedback
    • Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and generate actionable insights
    • Strong organisational skills with meticulous attention to detail
    • Able to work independently and as part of a team
