Role Overview:

 

We are seeking a highly experienced and entrepreneurial Vice President of Digital Marketing to lead and expand our digital marketing practice. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of over 10 years in digital marketing, with significant experience in agency settings, social media marketing, paid media, affiliate marketing, e-commerce, and mobile applications. This leadership role requires a visionary strategist capable of driving growth and innovation within a thriving agency environment.

 

Key Responsibilities:

 

  • Strategic Leadership: Develop and implement comprehensive digital marketing strategies that align with clients' business objectives and drive measurable results.
  • Team Development: Build, mentor, and lead a high-performing digital marketing team, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous improvement.
  • Client Engagement: Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs, and delivering tailored digital solutions that exceed expectations.
  • Paid Media Management: Oversee the planning, execution, and optimization of paid media campaigns across various platforms to maximize ROI.
  • Affiliate Marketing Oversight: Lead affiliate marketing initiatives, developing partnerships that enhance brand reach and drive revenue growth.
  • E-commerce Strategy: Design and implement effective e-commerce strategies to boost online sales and enhance user experience.
  • Mobile Application Marketing: Develop and execute marketing strategies for mobile applications, driving user acquisition, engagement, and retention.
  • Performance Analysis: Utilize analytics tools to monitor campaign performance, generate insights, and adjust strategies to ensure optimal outcomes.
  • Innovation and Growth: Identify emerging digital trends and technologies, integrating them into service offerings to maintain a competitive edge.
 

Qualifications:

 

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field; MBA preferred.
  • Minimum of 10 years of progressive experience in digital marketing, including significant agency experience.
  • Proven expertise in managing social media marketing, paid media campaigns, affiliate marketing programs, e-commerce platforms, and mobile app marketing.
  • Demonstrated entrepreneurial mindset with a passion for building and growing digital marketing practices.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills, with a track record of developing high-performing teams.
  • Exceptional strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong client relationships.
  • Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms, including SEO, SEM, analytics, and CRM systems.
